Relocating? Let me be your guide
Moving to a new city is stressful on its own, without considering the daunting task of shopping for a place for your family plus finding a Realtor you can trust. At Hoffer Realty Associates, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process designed to speed up your search.
When relocating, you often don't have the luxury of looking at every conceivable area listing. Most likely, you'll have the time to tour 20 to 25, so whittle down your list first thing with these tips:
- Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can naturally take it out of the list.
- Have an established price range. This could be based on mortgage or a reasonable estimate of how much you'll get from selling your current home.
- How long of a commute are you willing to make each day to your job and other activities? Traffic in the DuBois area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so tell me your expected drive-time, and I'll locate homes within that radius.
I can send you my top recommendations prior to your arrival. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is invaluable, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments and map a route. By planning ahead, we could see 8 or 10 homes in a single day.
